There are lots of stories of drivers going the extra mile on social media, we want to make sure they are duly rewarded.
Whenever we see a post discussing a driver’s story, we will reach out to the rider and ask if they want to give their Uber driver a personal note of thanks via social channels. That way we are facilitating that meaningful connection between rider and driver.
